PLEASE HELP!  We’re asking ALL homeowners to email or call the Governor’s office at (916) 445-4341 and ask him to VETO SB 323.  He needs to hear from everyone that opposes this bill.  Governor Newsom must veto SB 323 by October 13th or it will become law.  There is an email submission form, as well as additional information on the bill, at https://caiclac.com/legislative-session-hot-bills/.  YOUR one phone call or email could mean the difference!  Consider that SB 323 passed out of the Assembly with ZERO votes to spare. This is how close these issues can be.  We have provided a sample script below, as provided by Community Association Institute (CAI).
