A La Carte: Management Services Only/Accounting Services Only
At Premier HOA Management, Inc. we understand that some communities want to or already have separated their accounting services and management services, so we do offer each service individually. We are both experienced and comfortable working with most of the firms that provide accounting services in the industry.
Typically, management services include most everything involved in managing the day-to-day operations of the business side of the community from ongoing communications with owners and vendors as needed; to meeting attendance with minute preparation; to property walk-throughs for violation enforcement; to ensuring compliance with governing documents and applicable legislation.
Typically, accounting services include most everything involved in managing the accounting related functions involved in the day-to-day operations of the business side of the community, including but not limited to accounts payable services, accounts receivables services, maintain and reconcile bank accounts in the Association’s name only, and accurate financial statement preparation.
